How we train
Flexible, needs-based programmes — off-site, on-site, and online — designed around your time and budget.
Our training approach
Our programmes are tailored to the client’s needs, with a structure that is flexible and designed to match available time and budget.
ATS produces its own materials and, when needed, sources reputable materials on the open market. We provide off-site and on-site training, and this website adds a third channel: study the lessons online and write the test online.
Training is professionally skill-based. Trainees combine theoretical education with applied practice through internship and industrial attachment where the programme requires it.
It is a theory-plus-practice approach: participants cover the discipline and then practise how to solve real-life problems with industry players and professionals.
How modules are structured
Each online programme on this site has short lessons followed by a multiple-choice test. A pass mark of 50% is the default; administrators can change duration and pass mark per test.
Guiding principles
We pursue the highest quality in every training intervention by ensuring that materials are relevant and unit-standard aligned; that facilitators are experts and experienced ETD professionals; and that our approach to learning is both visionary and innovative.
